Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree. 7+ years of experience required. Management skills to include good verbal and written communication and leadership. Candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of P&C department as well as direct contact with customers as support to producers. Must be comfortable and capable making presentations to large corporation’s Board of Directors. Public Entity experience is a plus.

Efinity Insurance Corporation, a Texas based Independent Agency, is seeking an Insurance professional with proven experience interested in becoming part of our management team. This position is responsible for directing and managing day-to-day as well as tactical operations for our residential and commercial property casualty department. Strong communication skills are critical as is a thorough and complete understanding of insurance products. This position offers a competitive compensation package, full benefits including 401K as well as ownership share opportunity and an appealing work environment. Ability to assist in writing Agency data management system a plus.
Requirements
4+ years management experience a plus or more years of insurance experience in an Agency or Brokerage firm. A broad knowledge of insurance products across industries and business. Great communication and leadership skills for dealing with employees, clients and Carriers. Must have reasonable knowledge of MS Office.
