Efinity Insurance Corporation, a Texas based Independent Agency, is seeking an Insurance professional with proven experience interested in becoming part of our management team. This position is responsible for directing and managing day-to-day as well as tactical operations for our residential and commercial property casualty department. Strong communication skills are critical as is a thorough and complete understanding of insurance products. Ability to assist in writing Agency data management system a plus.


4+ years management experience a plus or more years of insurance experience in an Agency or Brokerage firm. A broad knowledge of insurance products across industries and business. Great communication and leadership skills for dealing with employees, clients and Carriers. Must have reasonable knowledge of MS Office.


Bachelor’s Degree. 7+ years of experience required. Management skills to include good verbal and written communication and leadership. Candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of P&C department as well as direct contact with customers as support to producers. Must be comfortable and capable making presentations to large corporation’s Board of Directors. Public Entity experience is a plus.

Efinity Insurance Corporation is seeking a dynamic, energetic Personal Lines Account Manager to handle the development and growth of a new business unit for Efinity Group. Must be licensed in the Property and Casualty Insurance Field. Knowledge of Home, Auto, Umbrella, Yacht Insurance required. Only apply should you be ready and willing to give this firm 110% of your effort and talents. Ability to negotiate with Insurance Companies also a plus. Some Sales will be required to upgrade existing clients’ policies. Aral team player and the ability to multi-task is a must.

  • Market and sell appropriate insurance and investment products
  • Develop and cultivate your own client base
  • Analyze client needs and recommend strategies
  • Attend Financial Services meetings and continuing education sessions about industry trends, products, advanced relationship building techniques and policies


  • Track record of successful work experience for a period of at least 3 years
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • A bachelor degree is preferred but may be substituted for a highly successful financial service sales record (Advisor with series 6 or 7, existing licensed insurance or annuity agent or licensed mortgage professional)
  • Ability to be self-sustainable for a period of 60 days or deliver existing book of business
