Track record of successful work experience for a period of at least 3 years
Ability to communicate effectively
A bachelor degree is preferred but may be substituted for a highly successful financial service sales record (Advisor with series 6 or 7, existing licensed insurance or annuity agent or licensed mortgage professional)
Ability to be self-sustainable for a period of 60 days or deliver existing book of business
Market and sell appropriate insurance and investment products
Develop and cultivate your own client base
Analyze client needs and recommend strategies
Attend Financial Services meetings and continuing education sessions about industry trends, products, advanced relationship building techniques and policies
